MANAGEMENT

The Complex is managed on a community basis with maintenance fees including:

  • Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning (May to mid October)
  • Communal landscaped gardens with weekly gardening and maintenance
  • Public lighting
  • Key holding services and weekly inspection of villas when unoccupied

VILLAS

The Villas have been designed in keeping with the surrounding environment and properties. Each villa is laid out over 3 floors. The ground floor is open plan in design with living and dining area to the front of the property with access to large terrace overlooking the pool.
