MANAGEMENT

The Complex is managed on a community basis with maintenance fees including:

Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning (May to mid October)
Communal landscaped gardens with weekly gardening and maintenance
Public lighting
Key holding services and weekly inspection of villas when unoccupied

VILLAS
