KARAOVA VILLAS PHASE I has matured nicely over the last year since its opening.  Pool has been up and running on the site since 1May2009.

The first phase of Karaova Villas has seen several of residents take up occupation of their properties late last summer and this year and the site has now begun to settle with grass and landscaping maturing, pool filled with sunbeds and umbrellas in situ ready for people use.
